Kite Festival
Well we attended the annual kite festival her
e, it was lots of fun but so windy. We had the biggest kite out there and I was so afraid it was going to dive down and peg someone in the head. Our kids loved it so much we went and flew kites twice the next day at a park. Chase was flying his own kite, and took the string around the swing set up the stairs down the slide around the garbage can and back to the picnic table. It was a lot of work to get it all untangled but he had lots of fun doing it so I guess that is all that mattered. Also Rafael had our big kite up in the air and accidentally let go of the string. So I sprinted after it. I ran about 200 yards before I finally caught up to it. That not so
much fun.

We have always wanted to go to the kite festival but never made it for whatever reason but we have a stunt kite that we take to the beach and when it goes down it really pegs into the ground and I always get so scared if there is anyone in sight! Your kite looks fun.
That sounds like an eventful afternoon for sure! haha! We took Cole to fly a kite and he was so uninterested. We found out later he was getting sick though.
