Giles Family Reunion 2009

We started off our trip to the reunion Thursday by heading over to Jacobs Lake and staying the night in the motor home with my parents. It was so pretty there. We woke up the next morning and drove over to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. It's a pretty amazing place. Then after leaving the Grand Canyon we started our long drive to our campsite in Arizona. When we arrived the kids were so ready to get out and run, so Rafael and I set up our tent and camp while the kids explored. It was a beautiful campground. It was a little chilly but way nice. We had lots of fun hanging out with the family. I think that there were around 75 total there. Not sure exactly, I did here someone say that is less than half of the whole family. I love everything about my extended family. The reunions are great. We played games ate some good food and just relaxed. We headed home on Monday morning, and even though we had a blast it was good to get home.

It was a wonderful camping trip and we can't wait to go again.

Camping can be so much fun and so much work! But always worth it. It looks like lots of fun...but I am glad you are back. Jack was bored out of his mind!
