fishing and quilting

Well we decided last week to head back up to Pine Valley to go fishing. It was overcast and so nice. We had a great time. Rafael even caught a fish. We were there for a few hours. It was a crazy fishing day though on the bank there were 4 other people by us and between the 5 fishing polls there were over 8 fish caught in a 30 minute period of time. Which made it a little more exciting for our 3 impatient kids. After fishing for only about an hour we headed back over to the picnic area to eat some dinner and let the kids play in the water (there favorite part of the day). It was over all a great day. You have to check out this video I crack up every time I watch it. I love my kids!
On the 24th the kids spent the night at Rafael's mom's house so Rafael and I went fishing again. It was fun but being this pregnant I just couldn't get comfortable. So I cut the trip short and we headed home to watch some movies. I am just to that point where not even sweat pants are comfortable. 4 weeks left I guess I can stick it out. Conner makes a comment every day about how my belly is getting so big, and oh how right he is I feel huge.

I have also finished both the blankets I wanted to make for the baby. A rag quilt and the traditional tied quilt. They both turned out pretty cute I think. I loved the material I found. I even found it at wal-mart which made it a lot less expensive it was even on sale for $2.49 a yard. Can't beat that. I guess we are ready for this baby when ever she decides to make an appearance. I have an appointment tomorrow and I am hoping he will let me know I am dilated a little bit at least.

Cute quilts. You are making me want to go outside and I can't!! Soon, though, right? A couple more months and we will live outside again. I can't wait! Good luck with that last 4 weeks!
